Disaster Recovery/Relief Reforms
The House is scheduled to vote this afternoon on two bills – the “Housing Survivors of Major Disasters Act” (H.R. 2914/S. 1605) and the “FEMA Assistance Relief Act of 2020” (H.R. 8266) – to help low-income disaster survivors and people experiencing homelessness receive the assistance they need during the pandemic and other major disasters.
