Update

The HAP program began accepting applications on November 15th, 2022. Due to high demand for down payment assistance, the application period for HAP was indefinitely paused on April 17th at 5 pm. The application may become active at a later date if additional funds become available for HAP.

Fully-completed applications submitted prior to the deadline will be processed on a first-come, first-ready basis until funding has been spent, after which time eligible applicants will be placed on a waitlist for any future program funding. If you have questions about your application, please email hap@nchousing.org.
