Updates on the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit

The last few months have seen a flurry of activity on the housing policy front, including with the use of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). The Coalition is pleased to present a webinar taking a deeper dive into some of the recent changes and “hot topics” in the housing credit world. Mark Shelburne of Novogradac Consulting, an expert in state and national housing policy, will present the significance of four low-income housing tax credit topics:·
- Proposed average income regulation,
- The new 4% minimum rate,
- IRS Notice 2021-12, and
- 2021 preliminary applications.
