Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina White Paper

The foundation affiliated with Blue Cross of North Carolina has commissioned a white paper that describes existing investment vehicles for affordable housing in North Carolina. They recognize that there are locally based healthcare organizations that are interested in investing in affordable housing but do not understand the spectrum and nature of such investment opportunities. The goal of the scan is to address that knowledge gap with the intention of spurring investment in affordable housing, and it will be in the form of a published white paper. The study is being conducted by Maryanne Speroni. If your organization is currently fundraising and has not yet spoken with Maryanne, please reach out to her at maryanne@linden-view.com by October 31.
