The NC Housing Coalition, NC justice center, Appalachian Voices, and Advance Carolina are calling for stronger protections against evictions and utility shut offs. With the White House holding up enacting COVID relief, these protections are needed now. We need Governor Cooper to do what is necessary to protect the economic and public health of vulnerable households across the state.
