CORRECTION: The Executive Order extending the state’s affirmation of the CDC eviction moratorium has NOT been extended. After further clarification, EO 206 (Extending Prohibition on Summary Ejectment) was NOT included in the Governor’s general extension of several pandemic relief measures announced recently.
