For the FIRST TIME: Both North Carolina Senators Sign on as Cosponsors for AHCIA 2023

For the first time in the multi-year effort of passing a critical piece of federal legislation known as the Affordable Housing Credit Improvement Act of 2023 (AHCIA) – S.1557, H.R.3238, BOTH of North Carolina’s senators, Senator Thom Tillis, and Senator Ted Budd, have signed on as cosponsors. This has been a goal of the coalition for the last several years, and we are incredibly excited at the continued bipartisan support that this legislation is receiving.
