The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (the Agency) proposes to make a total of fifteen million dollars available to eligible organizations for the rehabilitation of owner-occupied homes in disaster-affected counties under the Essential Single-Family Rehabilitation Loan Pool – Disaster Recovery (ESFRLP-DR). In the first round of the ESFRLP-DR, funds will be made available to serve homeowners in five of the most affected counties: Cumberland, Edgecombe, Lenoir, Robeson, and Wayne. The Agency may include assisting single-family (1-4 units) rental units later with this funding pool.
Application forms and guidelines will be available on the Agency’s website after December 30, 2016. Completed applications will be received on an ongoing basis.
