Established in response to the need for affordable workforce housing in Western North Carolina, CLTWNC partners with residents, governments, and other nonprofit organizations to create inclusive, sustainable neighborhoods rooted in local control. Our mission is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves stable, affordable housing and a voice in the future of their community.

Position Summary
The Administrative Manager serves as the operational hub of the Community Land Trust of Western North Carolina (CLT-WNC). This role combines precise financial management with broad administrative support to ensure our organization runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is equally comfortable managing books in QuickBooks as they are drafting a grant report, coordinating community events, or assisting with housing stewardship.
