Grant Writer for Choice Neighborhood Implementation Grant

The Grant Writer Consultant shall prepare and submit a Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant application to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) under the Choice Neighborhoods Initiative (CNI) Program.
The Consultant will provide all necessary services on behalf of the City of Fayetteville (Lead Applicant) and the Fayetteville Metropolitan Housing Authority (Co-Applicant) related to developing, preparing, and submitting a Choice Neighborhood Implementation Grant application. Consultant shall provide comprehensive services related to the strategy, organization, planning, writing, and submission of the CNI Implementation Grant to HUD. Services will be provided in cooperation with the City of Fayetteville, Fayetteville Metropolitan Housing Authority community not-for-profit agencies, private developers, neighborhood organizations, community stakeholders, and various elected or appointed government officials.
